International and domestic shipping policy and guidelines
For international shipping, Handa Crafts uses only DHL or Fed-ex to ship to any international address that is covered by them. The choice of shipper is at Handa Crafts’s discretion at the time of request.
For domestic shipping, all orders shipped via website will use Handa Crafts's appointed shipper. For other channels shown above, customer has the choice to choose between using our appointed shipper or self arranged delivery (pickups are not available). Do note that ownership and risk of loss transfers to the customer once we hand the package to the carrier of choice.
- Shipping Rates depend on package weight, dimensions, and destination country.
Duties & Taxes: The recipient must pay all local customs fees, import duties, tariffs and VAT upon delivery where applicable
Delivery Timelines: Orders process once payment confirmation is received by Handa Crafts typically in 2–3 business days. International transit takes 7–21 business days depending on factors outside of Handa Craft’s control. Customs inspections may cause unexpected delays.
Tracking & Delivery: We provide tracking links via email upon shipment. Handa Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by local postal services or customs holds.
Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once we hand the package to the international carrier. Please contact the carrier for related issues.
Returns & Exchanges: International return shipping costs are your responsibility. This includes exchanges shipped back to you. Original shipping fees and customs duties are strictly non-refundable. Please check our returns policy for more information.
Restricted Items: You are responsible for ensuring the products ordered comply with your local import laws. We will not refund seized items
